So here is the modified head, now with taps and breather tubes.
It works!!!!!!!!! I ran it with water and it performed as it
should. 1800 watts and one firebox condenser was more than enough for full
reflux. In fact I only need about 600ml of cooling water per minute to
run it flat out.
I havn't run it with ethanol yet but don't anticipate any problem.

The breather tubes were put in, not to relieve the pressure but to
allow the system to work at atmospheric pressure. The tubes sucked in a
fair ammnount of air.....CLICK HERE TO SEE.
Now for the real test......25 litres of 7 day turbo.
